Sunderland 2-0 Arsenal FA Cup Highlights 18 February 2012

An horrible result in the hands of AC Milan in the Champions League midweek action saw Arsenal to lose at San Siro by 4-0 in what was their biggest away defeat for quite sometime now and they will be eager to get back to winning ways when they travel to face Sunderland in what will be a great fight for sure. They have been playing some really solid football of late and it will be interesting to see how this match goes about.

If we look at he form of both the sides we can see they are having a similar run of form, both are coming into this match on the back of a defeat, and before that it was a 4 game unbeaten run for both the sides winning 3 and drawing 1. Now for Arsenal this is their last hope for some silver ware and they won't want to miss this one as they take on Sunderland for a chance to book their place in the Quarter Final of the FA Cup.

If we look at the recent meetings between the two, we can see that Arsenal are the better side in the last 5 encounters as they won 3 and drew two matches and they will definately go into this match as favourites to and that will be interesting battle at Stadium of light.
